Dr Frankel graciously and quickly replaced a missing screw from my wife’s glasses at no charge. Very pleased with his service. Note that his office is now 3307 New Jersey Ave. just a few stores down from previous address in same strip Mall.

Nice doctor but my husband’s & I’s experience was terrible. I waited about two months for my contacts. Even when I called for an update, the receptionist (Dr. Frankel’s wife) would never call back. When I got my contacts I was never told which box is for which eye. My husband got contacts for both eyes with the SAME prescription even though he was told otherwise by the Dr., that he had a stronger prescription on the right eye. We never even bothered getting that fixed by them since we do not want to deal with more mistakes. ... read more
Dr. Frankel is a great doctor but it’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I’ve been calling for two weeks now with no luck and no one gets back to me. Meanwhile it’s been four weeks I’ve been waiting for my glasses. Never had an issue until now. At least respond.
