I've never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. The system was down all day! Had 15 to 20 people in line trying to book their rooms. Had 2 different reservations when I spoke to the manager he was super friendly told me I could keep my bags in my room. Told me to come back in 1 hr. When I went back the 2 young women at the desk were super rude. Told me I had to check out and take my bags out. So I did and their system never got back up. I had to book another hotel.
