Let me start by saying I love Navant Health, However 2 yrs ago I had Dr. Cappuzzo put a stink in. I was very happy withthe response , so when my back went out I called back to Atlantic brain and spine Dr. Cappuzzo because I really like his entire staff , loved walking in his office. And everyone was so nice , so last Feb.2025. He operated on.my lower back , i was to follow up in April. I took my dad here for chronic neck pain and severely reduced range of motion. He's tried physical therapy, a chiropractor and had no relief. Xray and CT scan showed normal amount of arthritis for his age, which according to his primary care, er doctor, chiropractor and cardiac surgeon (he had a heart attack after his first chiropractor appt), would not explain the sudden onset, extreme deficit in range of motion and the level of pain. I was struggling from what I believed was a lower back strain and had the opportunity to see PA Marshburn. She listened to me carefully, gave me full credibility, and easily diagnosed my herniated disc interfering with my nerves. Dr. Beecher and PA Marshburn performed corrective surgery and relieved my pain. Throughout the entire process, both Dr. Beecher and PA Marshburn were exceptional communicators and treated me with respect. I don't have the words to truly describe how appreciative I am of these two professionals.
