Ann and her team were amazing they always answered my call or returned it in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful in answering questions and I could tell she was doing everything she could to make it possible for me too get my first home. I appreciate the hell out of her and her team. When it comes time to buy my next house I'll be using her again, strongly recommended.
Heather and Ann were great to have on our team. They were easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. They made the home buying experience easy and painless.
customer service is horrendous
These people are horrible, do not get near them. They are rude, unorganized, and will not assist with setting up insurance for your mortgage. The mortgage will be immediately transferred to another mortgage company. They did not pass over the Insurance Declaration Page to the new lender and with property damage, I have to pay out of pocket because of them. I am shocked they stay in business. Deal with your Credit Union or ANYONE else. Stay Clear. And the any Real Estate Agent that suggests these people to you, fire them imme... read more
I do not recommend this company. Rusty leaves you hanging without a return call. Bad business ethics.
