Corey and his team have been great on several occasions. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive & most importantly trustworthy. For example, we recently purchased a dehumidifier for our crawl space, and instead of upselling, he recommended something with our best interest in mind. We had ABS install a new sump pump. John was great to work with from the meeting about the quote (he was very thorough and outlined many factors that others hadn't considered) through the actual job. Working with Karen to book the work was very efficient and friendly. The day of the job went great. John walked me through the team's plan of action and then got to work. Corey came to my house this evening to inspect some cracks we have in our foundation. He even took the time to walk over to my parents house close by and look at their foundation as well. This company does not try to sell you things you don't need and give you peace of mind. Very hard to find trustworthy companies who won't try and sell you things out of fear. If you are looking for a company that you can trust and does not have high pressure sales tactics go with Atlantic Basement Systems. Highly recommend
I had Corey and his team come in twice this year, first time to fix a couple of foundation cracks, and second to replace rotten section of a sill plate, that required lifting part of the house on temporary support. Both times service was excellent, everything was done well and on time, with good communication. Highly recommend.
