This bank has been through name changes but the attitude has been the same since the 1970s. I don't bank with them myself but I do banking for other people because my job requires me to do so. It's like they're doing me a favor. They chit-chat with everyone at the teller window, how is grandma, how was your trip to Greece, who died, when are you going to Greece, etc. 10 people in line, no difference in speed.
Was going to open up an account but service was slow and staff was not concerned in helping me. Other locations have better service but not this one.
There are MAGAers , don’t go there. They are so incompetent that not able to understand an easy bank process. Ridiculous.
FLAGSTAR ON 3OTH AVENUE ARE WICKED. THEY GIVE PIA A DIFFICULT TIME. POA IS LEGAL MORAL DOCUMENT.
Great bank, the tellers and the manager great…. I think the only thing that I would change is for Saturdays if they could stay open a little longer.
