I had an issue with logging on to my online banking I called customer service and they couldn’t help me that day because many times I called they help me logging on to my account! That day when I called customer service told me to call the branch to assist me with my issue! Constantly an issue trying to withdraw money. Telller needs approval when I make a withdrawal, and the ATM is constantly locked after hours. Can’t even use my own banks ATM 2 PM on Saturday afternoon.
Have banked here for a long time and was disappointed they refused to cash my savings bond, despite being a longtime customer and them having cashed them before. The bank did not communicate anywhere any change in policy, either to customers directly or anywhere online. I will plan to close my accounts soon.
This bank has been through name changes but the attitude has been the same since the 1970s. I don't bank with them myself but I do banking for other people because my job requires me to do so. It's like they're doing me a favor. They chit-chat with everyone at the teller window, how is grandma, how was your trip to Greece, who died, when are you going to Greece, etc. 10 people in line, no difference in speed.
Was going to open up an account but service was slow and staff was not concerned in helping me. Other locations have better service but not this one.
