We were traveling from out of town and found this place near our hotel. We’ve been to New York a few times and have had many a bagel before, but these were definitely some of the best we’ve had! I had the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a plain bagel which was delicious and perfectly seasoned with the perfect level of spice. The toasted sesame with scallion cream cheese was also great! Herman makes you feel like family, and the bagels are top notch. I had a classic bagel with lox. I have found my regular bagel spot!

I come here because it's on my way to work. 90% of the time my order is made incorrectly, to the point that it feels like a joke. I've spoken to the GM before, kindly, about how I want to keep coming here, but I can't if I'm paying $11 for a BEC that comes out wrong nearly every time. I see other people with identical comments as me. If you want people to keep coming, you have to focus on getting orders right first—do not do anything else until you can do that. Also, the bagels are often undercooked.
