Ok as far as a place to drop and go. Crew car available. But no pilot lounge, or then a reclining chair in the main lobby. So it’s an unpleasant place to wait for passengers or to spend a day waiting between arrival and departure. Hey Atlantic! Pilots pick the place and we like to be in a place where we can nap and relax during a long day. This misses the mark.
It’s always a pleasure to travel out of this airport. This place is always clean and they did a good job.
Excellent service. Guided us in and had the fuel standing by. We joked about missing the cookies that they used to have in the customer area inside and before we left, one of the fueling team walked cookies out to us. I can't not give five stars to a business that gives us cookies, right? Seriously, thank you for paying attention to details. Well done.
