Got a nasty headwind heading home and diverted to Elmira. The crew and manager were extremely helpful and helped us get home safely. If you're flying into Elmira, Atlantic is the way to go! Many FBOs don't care about the little guy, but they went above and beyond for us!

Incredibly prompt service, friendly CSR & line.
Flew in for the afternoon and was impressed from first interaction with the line, to being greeted at the desk, picking up keys for a rental car, then the entire process in reverse later in the day. Having a coffee and soft serve ice cream before departure were icing! Thank you for such a great and amazingly inexpensive experience in a bright very clean facility, with friendly very helpful staff all around!!
