Terrible customer service. I was charged just to have the car looked at, but I was never given a clear diagnosis of what actually failed or even an estimate for the repair. I was simply told the engine had “lost compression” and that the spark plugs were checked, then told I would need to pay $200 to get my car back. If I’m paying for a diagnostic, I expect an explanation of what was tested, what the results were, what they believe caused the problem, and an estimate for the repair—not just “lost compression.” Very disappoin... read more

Great service from Atlantic for keeping my antique Saab running and finding parts. Always reasonable advice and recommendations.
Called about putting a particular part into my car mechanic said he needed me to come in so he could a diagnostic test but I told him I needed a part out in the man told me if I know what it is why don’t you put it in and hung up on me. Has a very heavy accent I would not recommend customer service is horrible they don’t like when you know what you want done to your.
