This place is unbelievable. Went in on Wednesday to replace my windshield glass. Guy tells me $280, one hour. So far so good. I come back in an hour, they've barely started. They ask for 45 more minutes. I come back in another hour, the old glass still isn't out. They tell me they'll call me. They never did call me. I had to be in all-day meetings on Thursday and Friday. I went here for a new windshield, because it was conveniently located for me. It looked a little sketchy, but I thought, what can go wrong? They had me leave the car, with a full day and a half to do the work. When I arrived to pick up, my car wasn't there-- it was at some other shop. But where? I couldn't find out. The boss was out; the number they gave me to call was never answered; etc etc. They just told me to relax-- the work would be done soon. Four hours later my car arrived, with the new windshield.
