Frustrated. Went in for a quote and he wouldn't even put the car up on the lift-- just stuck a mirror under the side, glanced, and insisted it had no rust. My mechanic had already showed me a photo of the hole in my rear panel that needed welding, but this body shop clearly had no interest in my business.
