Outstanding experience today. It was my first visit to Dr. Gauthier. I was greeted warmly by Kristen, who collected necessary insurance information. Dr. Gauthier then came in and examined my ears. She is very pleasant, thorough and professional. She took the time necessary to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way. Dr. Gauthier and her staff are amazing. We had a problem (dog chewed it!) with my father in laws hearing aids while he was spending time with us from New Jersey. I called the office to see if they could repair the unit, and although they do not stock the particular aid, she said she would try to fix the missing parts. She did it, cleaned them and replaced what needed replacing. All within a day of my contacting the office. So happy to recommend Atlantic Audiology!

The service provided was excellent. Dr. Gauthier was very thorough with both the hearing evaluation as well as the choice of hearing aid and fitting. Bonus is that she is always on time and doesn't keep you waiting.
I had indicated when making my appointment that I would be ready to buy the equipment needed and Dr. Gauthier had exactly what I wanted ready to go. Her examination was thorough and she explained fully the technology involved with my new hearing aids. I highly recommend for any hearing needs.

My father recently received a trial pair of hearing aids from Atlantic Audiology and we spent a very active week visiting New Orleans. I was beyond impressed how much better he was able to attend to the conversations in quite loud and crowded places, like hotel lobby's and restaurants. He no longer appeared to miss out on pieces of the conversations; nor did I have to repeat myself. I am so happy with the results thus far for him! I also know that he felt very comfortable working with the highly professional Dr. Gauthier.
