These people closed up business and ran off with my gear! I've called, left multiple messages, email, smoke signals... I have a guitar amplifier they essentally stole from me, unreal. It's been months with zero response. I just want my amplifier back. They never even called to say they were closing, they just ran off with my gear. Help?
Correct diagnosis, but no fix, even said tv is a throw away tv which is ridiculous, also said no part available, but another company got it in days directly from sharp.
Called to Get an Estimate And the guy that picked up the phone was absolutely rude.
Called and spoke to them about an issue with an Onkyo av receiver. The rep I spoke to was very honest and straightforward about the issue, and advised me I was better off not to spend the money to repair it as it is a known Onkyo issue and will only happen again. Great dealing with a company that doesn't try to rip you off!
