The BEST gym in the world! Amazing, amazing coaches. Coach and owner, Mike, is the BEST coach you could ever ask for. Incredible human being. The classes are amazing and you get so much 1 on 1 attention. THIS is the gym you need to go to! #1 CrossFit gym. Coach Mike also offers personal training!
After sitting at a desk for years, allowing myself to get out of shape and overweight, I connected with Mike at Atlantic. I've been working out twice a week for the last eleven months and it's been transformative. I'm stronger, have much more endurance, and my balance has improved dramatically. I feel much better at 69 years old than I did at 68. Mike is great, the other coaches are, too, and the people I work out with are fun and encouraging - it's a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Atlantic Athletics!
