I do not recommend moving here. The appliances are outdated. There is carpet covering almost every room even dinning area. The hot water heater does not meet a capacity to allow hot water. They do not plan to resolve the hot water issue. They use an AI assistant to respond to every concern and never follow up.
Truly one of the best places I have lived. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful and the maintenance staff is competent, prompt, and super kind as well - happy to answer questions! The property itself is beautiful and anytime there are community updates they are communicated in a timely manner by email.

I have been here for a couple of months. I took a shower with MUSC. I am very happy with everything so far. I have had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly. The office staff is very helpful and caring. I have been working with Ren. She is very caring and compassionate. She is an asset to this organization.
Nathan replaced the water supply hose in my ice maker on 8/27/26. He did a great job! Thank you Nathan
