Grand Oaks is a lovely area, recently moved back after several years downtown. Very peaceful at AGO with good sidewalk trails right outside of the community, great area for biking too. The pool is so beautiful with sun hitting the deck all day, gym is cool and clean. Homes and grounds are cared for and maintained really well. Close to Harris Teeter along with other shops and restaurants plus tennis courts!
Darren and JR on the maintenance Team are great. They helped me out today and did a great job!
My are conditioning went out and JR with maintenance went out of his way to ask how everything was working and offered to help diagnose it further even without a service order - he is very knowledgeable, and excellent handyman and made us comfortable and informed through the whole process
JR is the best in the biz!!!!!
Ren was so helpful with my move in from start to finish. Her knowledge about the property and apartment layouts made picking the right one a breeze! She really made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. I didn't have any issues moving in and the staff was always there to help throughout the process. I've really enjoyed my first month here and looking forward to staying here for awhile. Thanks again for everything AGO team!
