5/5 — Great Place to Live! I’ve had such a positive experience at Shadow Moss Apartments in West Ashley. The community is well-kept, quiet, and conveniently located near everything you could need. We toured this apartment complex with Ren and she was amazing!! So kind, thoughtful, personable, knowledgeable and understanding!!
I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved my experience. The maintenance team is quick to respond and fix any issues. We needed a fire alarm replaced and it was replaced within the hour we reported it. The maintenance team is always looking to help residents. When Darren saw me struggling to change my car battery, he stepped in and took care of it for me, which I truly appreciated. It is amazing having someone like Darren on the team who is always willing to help and go above and beyond for residents.
Moved in here with my wife about a mo th ago. The move-in process was simple and easy, and Leigh in the office was super friendly. The gym here is excellent - cable machines, stairclimber, bikes, rowing machine, weights, kettelbells, and commercial treadmills. The gym is cleaned daily and they professionally service all machines monthly, so nothing's ever broken.
