Watch out for Atlantic Paving. They handled the driveway installation for our new home build, and I’ll let the pictures do the talking. As you can see, there’s only 1”-1.5” of stone and no subgrade, which is far from the proper installation standards. It’s no surprise that the driveway started deteriorating after just 5 months. They likely don’t expect anyone to check beneath their work. Since then, we’ve had to dig up a portion of the driveway to investigate the issue, which revealed the poor foundation.
