I LOVE these guys!!!! – I have been going here for parts, accessories, and general HELP with fixing appliances for 20+ years. They have always been more than helpful, telling me how to fix my dryer (one time I took off 20 screws, but only needed to take off 4 - should have asked them BEFORE I started...) to portable dishwasher, even a washing machine I got from the curb broken, they can help you fix ANYTHING!!! Worst customer service EVER! – They closed early the day before Thanksgiving. Cool, no problem, but maybe you want to change your voicemail to reflect that. Then the sign on their door said they would be open the day after Thanksgiving from 8:30am to 5:30pm. I have been calling since 10am. I automatically go on hold for 10 minutes or more, someone then picks up and hangs up without a word. HORRIBLE customer service! Hope you are out of business soon. Ordered the part I need online and it will be here tomorrow.

I lOVE THESES GUYS – ALL I HAVE TO DO IS BRING IN MY BROKEN PART AND BEFORE I EVEN OPEN MY MOUTH THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT IT IS, WHAT APPLIANCE IT CAME FROM AND THE REASON IT BROKE. THEY EITHER HAVE THE PART THERE OR ORDER IT AND USUALLY I PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ATLANTIC APPLIANCE HAS SAVED ME FROM RUNNING OUT AND BUYING A NEW APPLIANCE SEVERAL TIMES. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!

I saved about $30 going here – My ceiling fan was on the fritz - so I went Atlantic to get a new one, but I learned that instead of buying new, I could simply replace the fan motor. I was planning on paying $65 for a new unit at the big box store down the street, but only had to pay $35 for the motor - and was shown how to do the work as well. It's nice to find a place that sells you what you need and has the staff to give advice.

Best parts store in MA – I maintain rental properties in the Boston area and our appliances are always taking abuse. Atlantic Appliance always has what I need and guys like Bill in Quincy know appliances inside and out. You'll never get service like that in a big box retailer or online only store. I recommend them to everyone.
