THEY SUCK. One of the guys was a bully. I'm sure this won't be his long term job. They didn't know what they were doing, not even the blood pressure. I think I'll start taking my heath more seriously, just so I don't need to see them again. I called about an allergic reaction, they looked like they were having some issues trying to figure out what to do i don't think they could type and listen at the same time. They showed up very late, honestly I'm not sure how the city let them operate, they are not skilled not professional at all, I would call a different ambulance!
Terrible company with terrible management. They knowingly put the people in the towns they serve in danger every day.
For me, Atlantic Ambulance is the best, to me, they are the United States Coast Guard on land with their only mission being to save your life. I needed to call 911 for my Mom who fell on June 29. Atlantic Ambulance responded. The dispatcher was wonderful, calm, caring, concerned and with extremely calm instructions on what to do until help arrived. Danny and Brooke responded.
