If I could give 0 stars I would! My mom was taken to MGH from Marblehead Medical Building for a heart problem. She works at Salem and for privacy reasons (plus her cardiologist and the surgeon who did her stents in 2016 were at MGH) she wanted MGH. The driver politely agreed and asked for medical history, but the man who rode in the back with her was HORRIBLE! Poorest service ever. Supposedly the economy is great. Either hire more people and pay better or close up shop because at this point you don’t deserve to be in business. Two hours late picking up my elderly mom. Two and one half hours late taking her home. They don’t respond, don’t care and don’t change. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
