WAIT ALREADY 5 HOURS, STILL DIDN'T SEE THEM, THANK YOU,
I encountered a very rude passenger in one of these today 4-21-2022. It was by Compare supermarket and there was a large girl crossing the street when the passenger of the ambulance yelled out at the girl; “Next time, don’t run fat a**!” I was so appalled that a ‘professional’ would even do such a thing. They did NOT have sirens on so they were not on a call. She just had a hard time crossing. She looked hurt afterwards and it breaks my heart that this happened this morning. Shame on you Atlantic worker!!
You all helped save my father's live after an MI. I am so grateful to you all. I will never forget how kind and supportive the female crew member was, I wish I knew her name. And to Rolland who came and found me in the ER to give an update and reassurance. Truly exceptional care. Thank you for all you do.
I called an ambulamce for my 88 year old Mom who was having severe headaches, and what looked like a serious foot infection. At 10:00 am, Dec 24, two EMTs came to the 150 Lewis St Lynn condo. The older female EMT with long brown hair was extremely rude and accusatory. When I tried to speak, she held her hand up rudely dismissing me. The younger female EMT was kind and respectful. Service is very poor, the ambulace emt crew were very rude to my wife who needed to be rushed to salem hospital due to her extreme stomach pain . they need a serious additude adjustment.
