I am extremely pleased with Atlantic Air and would highly recommend them. The entire process exceeded my expectations. They replaced my existing 2 floor HVAC system with a new dual stage furnace and a side discharge A/C unit. This was completed in a day. The techs were outstanding and professional; they covered the floors and left the place clean. The new unit is much quieter and more efficient.
Long time customer here that had always been pleased in the past. I know Frank does his best to keep all his clients happy, but this time fell short.
Service call On Tuesday, nice technician said needed parts. We Called Wednesday no reply. We called Friday no answer. Late Friday we get a call . Parts never ordered, won’t be able to do the work for another week. Rep on phone blames us for not okaying the order. I ok the order with tech plus we called several times to follow up. Excuses and excuses. I will eat the $95 service call but I’m not trusting them with $1000 repair … moved the rating up from 1 star. Manger called and apologized , offered to expedite repairs, etc. I... read more
We just used Atlantic for the first time and what a wonderful experience.. The technician was more than courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We definitely will call them again with any air conditioner issues.. Thank you again Atlantic!!!
