Absolutely horrible disgusting service. My husband has been taken advantage of by this company for the two years he was with them. They had him paying 3 times more than any other insurance company on long island. After a car accident back on July 27th he called to cancel his insurance. They told him his insurance couldnt be cancelled right away because he didnt surrender his plates. I'm very shocked to see so many positive reviews. If there was an option for a negative star I would have chosen that one over the one star. I am beyond dissatisfied with this company's service. The agents are misinformed , and rude. I asked one to speak with my insurance company on my behalf so I wouldn't lose coverage and ended up losing coverage because of her mannerism.
