I'm very shocked to see so many positive reviews. If there was an option for a negative star I would have chosen that one over the one star. I am beyond dissatisfied with this company's service. The agents are misinformed , and rude. I asked one to speak with my insurance company on my behalf so I wouldn't lose coverage and ended up losing coverage because of her mannerism. If I could give a zero stars I would. My first agent Matthew went ghost on me and completely disappeared. I couldn’t contact him via phone because the line was disconnected. Then Lexi, Mark, and Hedi I honestly don’t know which one however when I was having trouble with providing proof of insurance they left me hanging for months and NO ONE ever tried to contact or follow up with me in regards to the outcome. I would never go back to this company ever again.
