horrible joke of a company did an atrocious job with the exclusion horrible ugly black foam protruding all over my foundation left trash around.... the exclusion didn't help at all $1600 later i STILL had rats running around in the attic. horrible communication and horrible follow up for months on end. I ended up getting a recommendation from a neighbor and used a local guy in east ATL and he solved my problem for a FRACTION of the price.... i haven't heard a single noise since he helped me. My home was treated for carpenter bees, that part of the service was outstanding, no activity since treatment. It was the followup service I had issues with. However, management was very responsive. It took additional visits to get all work completed as promised.
Company didn’t complete service per contract. Don’t waste your money.
