Awesome job in and out with fair prices Great service
Some of the workers are nice. The Jamaican that wears the hat that worked on my car seemed rude and a bit irritated. The one with the dreaded hair is sweet. The one with the orange hat acted like he didn’t want to be at work and didn’t say hey after I said hey twice to him and thank you about 3 times to him. Can’t stand people like this. If you don’t have customer service you need to be in a warehouse working not only that but my wheel still isn’t aligned 100% I can still feel it turning just a little bit. If you want your car returned in worst condition than before this is your place. I’m pretty sure they just learning as they go. If they mess up basically it’s oh well
I should’ve known this place or the staff wasn’t worth my time or money when a customer pulled a gun out over them messing up his tire on 7/27. I recently disputed a charge for a wheel alignment I didn’t even ask for and was charged for. The staff is aggressive, it’s infested with mosquitoes, and the entire environment is hostile and unprofessional. I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to go here!! The BBB will be hearing from me.
