Great store w/ great staff!! I found this jewelry store to be a blessing in disguise. I had no idea what to purchase for my wife but they had several GREAT ideas for me. My wife loved her gift and I owe it all to the great staff at Atlanta West. I had a wonderful shopping experience there and will be going back for my next big gift purchase!!

Abysmal customer service The staff here is awful. Not only are there complete morons when it comes to jewelry, they are above and beyond rude-they are offensive! These people wouldn't know a platinum ring from a piece of tin foil. And they are a joke when it comes to prices. Please never go here.
Jewelry This family owned jewelry shop is very convenient. The staff is great and the selection is wide. I found their prices to be somewhat on the high end, but the diamond quality was top-notch.
