Peter at Atlanta Volvo Service and Repair is outstanding! He truly goes above and beyond — not just once, but every time. His work is excellent, his pricing is reasonable, and his customer service is top-notch. I can’t say enough good things about him. Peter has definitely earned my trust, and he’ll be my go-to guy for all of my cars from now on.
Interior was spotless when dropped off and there was pollen and tree debris everywhere on pickup like they left it outside with the windows open. Didn't complete service order, upcharged for fuel additive I didn't request. Half of the service was inspection and I didn't even get a checklist. I didn't even get a readout for the alignment. 0 remarks. Seriously disappointing.
I only come here for my volvo now. These guys are really great. They're so attentive that they even noticed my car sear covers were on the opposite sides which would block the side airbags from property activating. Truly professionals here
