I was admitted into the ER after waiting for over 6hrs, and once I was brought to a room was given a blanket with multiple bed bugs on it. Complaining would be something thought of, but when dealing with the ER didn't really want to give them anything else to worry about. My labs were never taken and was forced to repeat them again, this was very unpleasant for the condition I came in with. I absolutely love it here! Cynthia and M. Blackwell in Cardiology are absolute angles. Cynthia helped me get a sooner appointment and M. Blackwell kept me calm and informed about the entire process. Im really thankful that they were apart of my care team.
