VA Med Center Atlanta has an outstanding staff. For over 10 years the phone system has been TERRIBLE with long wait times, being dropped off and calls not returned.
Government "health care" at its worst. They can't even get their phone system to work properly as it's been horrible for years. I bet the social life for employees is great though. Any time of day you can see them hanging around talking to each other while veterans are ignored.
Phone system sucks. What happens after you wait on hold for 30 min? They disconnect you. Tried again and I finally hung up. For all you dumb F**'s that want single payer health system use the VA you'll see what you're in for.
