They were careful with our stuff and did accommodate short notice but the pricing was not very clear up front, lots of surprise fees that weren’t really discussed prior. Also were several hours late without much communication from owner. Owner charged for larger truck even though we agreed it wasn’t necessary. Also charged me for time to fill up their tank which was not value added time. The movers themselves were very nice and professional guys and did a good job overall and were willing to work until the job was done.
Overall, I am satisfied with the meticulation of the movers and their flexibility. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on a spur of the moment basis. The owner is also a believer and man of God. May they continue to be blessed in their prospects here.
Second time we have used Urban Movers and they were fantastic. The owner was very kind and professional. The movers were very punctual, pleasant, fast, hard working and had a great attitude. Pricing was very reasonable, I definitely recommend them for moving!
