I had a follow up appointment after surgery. I received numerous texts as reminders. When I arrived, the office had moved, the number on the text did not work. No one knew how to find them. This is highly unprofessional. I drove over an hour to get there and over an hour to get back home. I eventually got a phone number that worked and the person was not helpful. I am done with them.
