Dr. Nalovic and her staff were excellent. I felt comfortable, informed and safe throughout the entire procedure. Everyone was so kind and it was impressive to watch such a large well-oiled team. My surgery day went smooth and timely. Highly recommend this professional top-notch doctor and her team!
I had the Mohs procedure done by Dr Nalovic and her staff today. I was blown away by how professional and friendly the staff was. Everyone was great and made the whole procedure incredibly easy — and painless. Even though I married into a medical family and have a daughter who is a doctor I try to avoid going into medical offices unless necessary. To paraphrase this office’s mission statement, their goal is to provide “the most compassionate comforting journey ever experienced in a medical setting, in an environment of clinical excellence”, and that is exactly what my surgical treatment was like. Dr. Nalovic and every member of her extensive staff bring compassion, comfort and professional excellence to life, and I would trust them completely to secure the best possible outcome for me. This is the second MOH’s procedure Dr Nalovic has done for me. Each time it was a great experience and I would not have any other doctor if the need arises.
