From start to finish I was very impressed with this practice. The communication was easy and I was always met with a pleasant and caring voice on the other end of the phone. When I arrived I could see that the office was as run with precision and friendliness. Patients are nervous, especially dealing with skin cancer and this team seems to take that into consideration. Growing up in the ocean and in tropical climates have lead me to this fine facility and an incredible surgeon Dr. Nalovic. When I was a kid there wasn't such a thing as sun screen. Thank God for this fine woman that is an incredible surgeon. She runs her operation like an air traffic facility where mistakes are not an option. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nalovic and her staff. Its the most professionally run office I have ever visited. Very much on top of everything that's going on. But everyone there is personable and makes the experience as pleasant as is possible. The surgery by Dr. Nalovic is exceptional and she exhibits great care that the site heals well and is cosmetically as good as can be done. I highly recommend Dr. Nalovic and her staff for any procedure that you may need.
