I was disappointed in the therapists at this facility as I saw someone different each time I went; the therapist was often working with 4 patients at a time; and printed information given was overwhelming and unclear as to specific guidelines. Worst of all, when I arrived for my appoointment I was squeezing in on a work day, they told me I did not have one. (Even though the print out I left at home stated otherwise.)
