Day 2 of the bus being a no show. My child is being marked absent from classes because the bus didn't pick him up. I have to take time from work to go back home and take him to school. And now the solution is that I have to call APS Transportation to tell them to remind the driver to run the whole route. Really?! DO BETTER!!! This is unprofessional.
The bus drivers are terrible drivers! I’m surprised they hire people that drive like that! Outrageous, ridiculous and most of all reckless! It’s sad they put kids on the bus with drivers like that! Not to mention when you try to call to make a complaint about a bus number due to the safety of the kids they don’t answer the phone! Overall sad system!
Who ever the woman is that drops children off on Pryor Rd. by Bass Street is terrible. She drives the bus with pink furry covering over the steering wheel. In a major rush and almost hit my vehicle while I remained stopped at the stop sign. Please address
While I appreciate the convenience that a school bus offers, I am extremely frustrated with the behavior of our route bus driver, Ms. Anderson, who drives route 1016. She is purposely ahead of her official schedule EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Ms Anderson’s arrival to our stop ranges from 8 to 20 minutes ahead of schedule.
