I visited this place today 6/2/26 to get information regarding a bus stop, since I couldn’t get answers over the phone due to them never answering. I was met with a nasty attitude manager by the name of Ms. Nells or Ms Nales however you spell it. Very nasty and RUDE. These bus drivers need to be trained!!! They never put their stop sign out when picking up kids! This isn’t a “sometimes” thing! How are we supposed to know when to stop or go!? Then you get a ticket in the mail because they don’t know how to do their job! All these 1 stars should tell you something l! I’m originally from Florida and my state would Never! Kids be hanging out the window, sitting incorrectly on the seats and the drivers look like someone who walked off the street and decided to drive!! Not professional at all!... read more
How dare you not allow parents to get there own children not the bus. Your policy is wrong. You caused a mother to be arrested because you put policy before people. You have you heart and you need to change it.
