Pregnancy aches and pains gone away! My midwife suggested I visit APM in the last weeks of my pregnancy. I went the week I was due. On the way in, I was achy and stiff in my joints. After an hour massage with Rebecca, my limbs moved with ease, and there was no pain in my joints. She was ontime and thorough. The facility is clean and calming. I definitely recommend them for pre- and post-pregnancy aches and pains.
HIGHLY recommend NMT I have horrific migraines and started NMT as a way to proactively treat my migraines/muscle issues. APM has been professional, helpful and courteous, providing relief and consultation on life outside of massage. I STRONGLY recommend their services.
Would definitely recommend Rebecca gave me an awesome massage when I was 33 weeks pregnant. I had been having a lot of hip pain from sleeping on my sides at night but her massage eased that away. Rebecca was friendly and thoughtful and the office was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back for at least one more massage before this bub is born.
Great Prego Massage One morning I woke up with terrible muscle cramps on my shoulder blade. Probably from sleeping on my sides as I am now 20 weeks prego. I got a pregnancy massage and it fixed me right up. It's been almost a week now and the cramps haven't come back! Awesome!
Best Pregnancy Massage This group is so loving and caring and they take the time to help you with whatever specific issues you are having with your specific pregnancy. I have found their services to be very helpful in my third trimester and I can't imagine not having them as a partner in my pregnancy! I feel much more comfortable with them rather than a regular spa because they specialize in pregnancy massage and I trust them that they know exactly how to work with me.
