Go ahead and ask your OB to recommend literally any other office. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes at each visit. You will never get ahold of anyone on the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail. No one responds to the online portal that you can send messages through either. I have gestational diabetes and almost ran out of supplies because no one would answer the phone or the multiple messages that I sent, luckily my regular OB was able to refill the supplies I needed. I went to the Newnan office and every single staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I started going around week 24 and I stopped going around week 38 so I spent a lot of time there weekly and it was a wonderful experience. I always felt reassured once I left the office that me and my baby were safe. They always answered any question I asked, and trust me I had a lot! Columbus was the best office they was kind sweet understanding and more then likely lovingly ❤️ and the was the best at making appointments on your schedule time I just love ❤️ them all my boys even love them when they visit I’ll most definitely send people you guys way

Fantastic staff. I came for an initial referral visit for possible marginal cord insertion which is scary as a first time mom. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and make me feel comfortable AND informed. They talked me through things more than I have experienced prior. I’m glad I won’t have to see them again since it means I’m not high risk after all, but sad that I won’t get to interact with their friendly staff anymore!
