The woman at the front desk is beyond rude and unprofessional - I couldn’t believe they allowed her to be the face of the business.
They used to be pretty good, but lately the seem to have lost all respect for their patients. My wife’s prescription expired at the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis. We tried to call, but kept getting a busy signal. We persisted and finally got through to their answering service after after several days of trying. We left a message, but not the courtesy of a reply. We repeated this process a couple of times either same negative results. Had to go to our primary care physician for a temporary prescription. Dr. Tesfaye and his staff is absolutely wonderful. They all care about the well being of the patients. Dr. T has went above and beyond to keep me able to walk and move because of a back injury. He listenes to YOU the patient and doesn't go on a "maybe" he gets down to whatever the true cause of your pain/discomfort really is. I'm truly grateful for him and his staff. Without him I wouldn't be walking now. His staff is and has always been kind and friendly and very responsive.
I’ve gone to Dr. Bikoff for years and he has always cared for me and helped get my seizures under control. He will call in medication after hours when necessary. Linda and the other ladies in the office are so friendly, helpful, and dedicated to my needs.
