My mom has seen Dr. Bikoff for her dementia. As her caregiver, it was such a relief to have a physician listen to me regarding her issues. Mor recently my husband started seeing Dr. Schnapper after a seizure. He too has been awesome-listening to my husband's concerns, taking the time to answer questions, and even taking extra time to do outside consults on my husband's case. The office staff has always been warm and helpful to me as well, so overall I'm really quite pleased with the service.
The woman at the front desk is beyond rude and unprofessional - I couldn’t believe they allowed her to be the face of the business.
They used to be pretty good, but lately the seem to have lost all respect for their patients. My wife’s prescription expired at the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis. We tried to call, but kept getting a busy signal. We persisted and finally got through to their answering service after after several days of trying. We left a message, but not the courtesy of a reply. We repeated this process a couple of times either same negative results. Had to go to our primary care physician for a temporary prescription.
