I was looking for new hearing aids. After listening to my story Doug suggested I apply for VA benefits before committing to a purchase. I may or may not be awarded VA benefits, but if not I now know someone in the hearing aid business who prioritizes the best interests of the patient.
Douglas explains everything well and described how the product would help my hearing loss. The hearing aids were life changing. I would highly recommend him.
