Incredibly disappointing--my sister bought a $100 gift card for me Christmas 2017. For various reasons, I just called today to book an appointment to use it. Jennifer told me that after a year it goes out of the system. Even though she could see the notes, she refused to allow me to use it. When I asked for the owners name (which is plastered all over the internet) Jennifer refused to give it to me and told me it is "OWNED BY A CORPORATION".
