Wow! Michele knows her stuff. She took a thorough medical history and took time evaluating my posture and body mechanics. She explained the neuro-kinetic work in ways that I could understand. Easy booking. Wonderful relaxing music. FANTASTIC massage, and extremely educational about healing chronic pain from the root cause. Michelle is extremely knowledgable, and the massage was very therapeutic.
I enjoyed my experience at Buff"d wellness. Michelle was very knowledgeable in explaining different techniques to me to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I recommend her services to everyone. She was the bomb 10/10
