Michelle has a wealth of health knowledge. She has a magical touch reading what your body is and is not doing. I got so much information about my body posture and muscle information in just one session. NKT is a new approach that I will continue to explore. Michelle is an awesome therapist! I highly recommend her.
Attended a wonderful women’s wellness retreat hosted by Michelle. Had an amazing time , yoga, SUP and NKT, delicious food too !
