BE VERY CAREFUL Dropped off my boat 11/3/25 for a (1) warranty trailer brakes repair, (2) 100 hour service (engine oil change and lower unit gear oil change) and also (3) provided a clear video to watch and "tell me what you think" of a noise the engine makes rarely but I was lucky enough to record once, (4) replace a broken faulty latch, and (5) replace a missing plastic clip on my mooring cover. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BRINGING YOUR BOAT FOR SERVICE!!! We bought our boat from them and I trusted the sales person as she assured me she goes through the boat top to bottom and repairs or replaces anything before selling it . We did not even own the boat for a year. We brought it in to have a thorough go over for anything that needed attention and have it detailed . They called us more than 3 month later to come and pick the boat up, that it was ready. The boat was not worked on and they sat it outside with no cover all that... read more
I ordered a bimini frame for a pontoon. When I arrived to pick it up I was staggered at how big it actually was. Several of the staff took about a half hour of their time to help me get it secured to my truck. If they hadn't been so helpful and generous with their time I don't know how I'd have managed.
Best service center in the area
Warranty is a word they clearly do not understand or care about. we have a Chaparral that we bought from them less than two years ago. It has been a bad experience. The salesman was horrible. it should have been a warning for us. With less than 75 hours on the engine, the impeller disintegrated causing the engine to overheat. The mechanic stated that that caused the spark plugs to foul. Atlanta Marine said it wasn't a warranty item even though the warranty clearly states that everything in the powertrain is.
