When Tom delivered our boat he made certain it was washed and all shined up! He spent time teaching us about docking the boat and making certain we knew how to securely tie it up in our slip. He is always available when we have a question, which gives first time boat owners a lot of security! Tom is your man if you’re looking for a boat!!

I have to a shoutout to Tom "the Boat Guy" Koetter. I spoke with him about buying a Chaparral boat but brought a used one privately. However, tonight at about 6:30 p.m. I had an issue with the Surf Gate on the Chaparral that my mechanic could not help, and I was seriously stressed for the week with family visiting - I texted Tom, who responded immediately and offered to and did walk me through the issue, and resolved the problem!!
