Know that if you need documentation you may not receive it in time for court. And if you speak out on your behalf you will receive angry hysterical responses. For me, my counselor Dr. Wallace was amazing I learned so much from her and I felt better after completing my classes. However, the STAFF that provides the documentation for the Court System is Unprofessional, late in responding and dismissive. My attorney and I had trouble receiving documents in a timely manner for COURT.

I do not recommend taking your classes here. I have been taking classes for 2 months and my Attorney requested very much needed Documentation just a simple notification of the number of classes completed thus far. For 2 weeks no one responded to these requests. Interfering with my court date. There is no excuse for this. If there is a response to this Review - then you can get documentation out to your attendees.

Very bad customer service. I signed up for the 6 week treatment svc, and paid for everything up front. I was getting text asking about payments, which I had to keep emailing copies of my receipts.Upon upon completion I met a copy of my contract that was emailed to me and also a copy of my DUI. When I went there after finishing I was there to pick up my certificate for completion and they told me that I did not send them the application and a copy of my DUI certificate thank God I had a email copy of of it upon completion so ... read more
