I ordered brochures off your website "Hyperbaric business solutions" and never received the product. Upon following up I was told they no longer sell the brochures and I should file a dispute with my credit card company. I smell fraud. I called again and was told the same thing and then I was hung up on. I sent 2 emails requesting a refund with all transaction details and received no correspondence in return. I had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with Atlanta Hyperbaric Center. I reached out via email to inquire about purchasing a hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chamber, and shortly afterward, I received a phone call from one (Lou Hilliard) of their representatives. Dr. Hilliard and Atlanta Hyperbaric are amazing. We ordered a Life Force Medbed and could not be happier with our experience and purchase. Dr. Hilliard made himself available to us for all of our questions and needs. He would respond to calls/texts within minutes, even if he is busy. The training is great, the software is amazing and the ease of use of this chamber, along with all of the included bells and whistles - and there are many - is outstanding. What a great experience. From the great customer service answering all my questions and concerns to the great quality hyperbaric machines, I highly recommend this company and chambers.
Dr. Hililard was amazing. This was a very stressful time for us, as this chamber was purchased for my special needs child (3yrs old) but Dr.Hilliard was there for me every step of the way. We spoke almost daily, he walked me through set up and every little question I had was answered with professionalism and care. Even today months after purchase I can reach out to him with any questions and he responds very quickly. I would highly recommend.
