Poor communication. Results of test falsified.
Dr. K looks after my Grandmother, and she absolutely loves him. Great experience every time. If she knew how to use the internet, I know she would leave him 5 stars. Personally, I like him because of how attentive he is to her and especially how patient he is with all her many calls and questions. She IS 90 years old after all. However he answers every single one every single time without getting frustrated or acting like it's unimportant because he already answered it multiple times. Writing this in response to the review left by Janel Green below. Was working on the day this woman came into the office. To say she was creating a ruckus is not appropriate. Rather, she was downright nasty and mean to everyone she met. She was rude and obnoxious with our manager who was trying to explain to her that we only found out about the certificate two days prior and we have been trying to contact her.
