Office staff needs better training!! I called last Friday to request an order for my father for a test that is recommended. I was told that someone from office would call my father back( because I asked specifically) that day to let him know the order was sent over. No one ever called. I called back on Monday, the phone line was routed to a Riverdale office and I was told I had to wait until Wednesday when Stephanie would be back in the Cleveland Ave office ( I am going to assume the Atlanta Heart Association did not have so... read more
It was a pleasant visit Dr. Ekbe was open and honest with me. He said though my pressure is low, it could be considered normal for me at my age.
Each visit was actually not bad at all staff was very pleasant from start to finish
