I had a late appt scheduled for a post op and this was our first time here since my mother had a stroke. I must say I was not looking forward to the visit being in the afternoon (typically doctors are already running behind). Not to mention the high capacity of patients in the waiting room..... However, I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED with how fast the process was being a first time patient. The waiting room cleared rather quickly and we went back in no time. I must say the appointment went well and if it wasn’t for the billing department, I’d actually maintain my relationship with Dr. Reddy. The billing department has to be the most incompetent group of individuals I’ve engaged in quite some time. I paid for my appointment out of pocket as they made a comedy of errors in obtaining the pre-certification. Then Lori had the audacity to lie in effort to cover her mistakes. After speaking to a supervisor, I could see why the billing department had such challenges with their integrity... read more

I was a patient of Dr. Rutledge, whom I ioved. He saved my life 2 yrs. ago. Since he left I saw Dr. Petro for the first time last week. He was very personable and thorough. I look forward to getting to know him better.

I recently had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 .i arrived a little early and filled out paperwork. I finally saw the doctor about 3:00. The Dr ordered a 14 day monitor of my heart, and we made appointments for 2 test and a return visit. 9 days later I received phone calls and e-mail saying that they no longer accepted my insurance and could not see me unless I paid for the test. Funny that they ran my insurance card and collected my copay. I am on SSI AND cannot afford these test. My question is...why was my insurance... read more
