If you're looking for a job, keep looking. The integrity of Dr. Rau was a promise of one rate during the interview. Upon hiring, HR had a different rate. The Office Manager who was in the interview did not remember anything. When you work overtime, they make you leave early at the end of the week so they don't have to pay you your overtime. When it is time for your benefits to start ..... they forget to give you what you're entitled to. Then when you ask about it, you're conveniently laid off. Position disolved.
Recommended***Griffin/Spalding County Location*** The Dr spent 3 minutes with me and tried to run out the door before answering questions. There was an HR issue being discussed up front where patients could hear resulting in one young lady walking off crying. I had a late appt scheduled for a post op and this was our first time here since my mother had a stroke. I must say I was not looking forward to the visit being in the afternoon (typically doctors are already running behind). Not to mention the high capacity of patients in the waiting room..... I must say the appointment went well and if it wasn’t for the billing department, I’d actually maintain my relationship with Dr. Reddy. The billing department has to be the most incompetent group of individuals I’ve engaged in quite some time. I paid for my appointment out of pocket as they made a comedy of errors in obtaining the pre-certification. Then Lori had the audacity to lie in effort to cover her mistakes. I was a patient of Dr. Rutledge, whom I ioved. He saved my life 2 yrs. ago. Since he left I saw Dr. Petro for the first time last week. He was very personable and thorough. I look forward to getting to know him better.
