My experience with Elise and Brendan were good from what I’ve experienced. However, Dr. Maganon and his front desk staff are a nightmare to work with. The other comments regarding them are true, and I see that now. They constantly screwed up my appointments, double-billed me for a duplicate appointment that was THEIR ERROR, and let’s not talk about the bills. The bills or “billing department” (them in the office) have reported my account as non-pay, back-dating it to May of this year, for a $5 charge that was added over a MO... read more
