Never come here if you want to be harassed by debt collectors for 3+ years. I had a minor procedure done, paid everything at the counter (they told me that was all) and my insurance paid the rest. A few months later I get a call from a debt collector for around $300 for the anesthesia or whatever so ok I pay that. And 2025 December I try to get a mortgage but apparently I have a debt from here that I didn’t pay??? (Even though I have never received a notice or mail ever) so I pay that $510. As a first time mother, I am not impressed with how Dr. Akita has been assisting me throughout my visits and how she has addressed my concerns following my visit. She makes notes that states she gives me pamphlets and discuss certain matters with me and she does not. Instead throughout my entire visit, she asked if I have any questions, and that is most of my visit. She incorrectly notes matters on my records with NO detail of why that is listed.
