Dr. Akita is a very knowledgeable and experienced OB/GYN. Her approach is wholesome and medically sound.

As a first time mother, I am not impressed with how Dr. Akita has been assisting me throughout my visits and how she has addressed my concerns following my visit. She makes notes that states she gives me pamphlets and discuss certain matters with me and she does not. Instead throughout my entire visit, she asked if I have any questions, and that is most of my visit. She incorrectly notes matters on my records with NO detail of why that is listed. This is the absolute best gynecologist ever! Issues that I’ve dealt with for years and have seen multiple doctors for, with no answers of resolve, Dr.Akita found quickly and concisely! She makes an incredible effort to formulate your care and treatment around what works best for you as an individual! Amazing bed side manner and an awesomely polite team!
