I can’t even believe what I had to experience this morning… I went in for a routine Colonoscopy appt … After doing the prep for 3 days with clean eating and then fasting all day yesterday and staying up most of the night I show up before 7 A.M. and I am not on the list and the doctor is not even there because he himself had a medical emergency… I was sorry to hear about him and I hope he will be ok… But.::….after I called the office and no one answers I leave a message… Apparently they do not open till 9…and have limited hou... read more
I highly recommend Dr Salzberg. Just had a procedure done. Staff is outstanding. Wait time relatively short. Dr Salzburg has great bedside manners. I know I'm in great hands. I will be sure to recommend you.
I scheduled a Colonoscope with this office over a month ago and requested this office to provide whether insurance was covered for the procedure. This office never return my call instead keeping ask me to confirm this appointment, until 3 days before procedure I still do not know the insurance coverage information. I complained service I received to "Natalie " an office representative, her response is "if you are not happy go somewhere else." I have visited this office twice in the past few years, and both times were such negative experiences that I now feel compelled to warn others against seeking help here. Firstly, I found it somewhat difficult to reach their office. More recently, I struggled to get through to anyone by calling and often had to leave messages; I'm not sure if they will answer directly or just prefer to call you back at their convenience.
