I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the dedication of the nurses and support staff managed by Head Nurse, Crystal. Ken was very kind and made me feel very comfortable prior to the Endoscopy procedure. Of course, my doctor, Dr. Osborn always has a very calm demeanor and discusses his findings after the procedure and ensures I understand. My experience with your team yesterday was very professional. Dr. Gordon and her staff were top notch with me. The staff at West Metro Endoscopy Center are very pleasant, experienced and compassionate. I would recommend.
Every one from the front desk receptionist to the nurses, anesthesia and the doctor herself were amazingly polite, informative, and made the experience as good as it possibly could be for the procedure.
